Came across this supplement on the Life Extension website, now labeled as 'Energy Renew'
Help combat general fatigue and maintain energy levels with a proprietary French oak tree extract that supports healthy function of specialized parts of your cells that make proteins.
Energy Renew is a proprietary extract of French oak (Quercus robur) wood that promotes ribosomal biogenesis.
In clinical studies, French oak wood extract helped relieve effects caused by general fatigue. Researchers found that this extract helped reduce weakness; promoted healthy, refreshing sleep; supported a positive mood; encouraged energy levels; and helped relieve discomfort in the head, joints and muscles.
Millions of Americans are plagued by the effects of general fatigue: unrefreshing sleep, low energy, physical weakness and discomfort. But you don’t have to be one of them. A supplement formula exists that fights general fatigue at the cellular level by supporting healthy production of cellular organelles called ribosomes.1-7

The studies provide some interesting results on reducing fatigue, but I have a few questions:
Anyone on r/Nootropics have experience with this supp?
How does it impact sleep / how late in the day can you take this supplement without impacting your sleep negatively?
Tolerance / Dependence?
The information on forums and reddit about this supplement is surprisingly sparse, mostly discussion on narcolepsy forums. Either way, I just received a shipment and will let you know my n=1 experience.
